Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available through The Play Pilot's Advance COD option on eligible orders and delivery locations. Advance COD requires a 15% advance payment at the time of order, with the remaining 85% payable in cash at delivery.

Advance COD — 15% now, 85% on delivery

The 15% advance is collected through the payment method shown at checkout. The remaining 85% is payable when the order is delivered.

By choosing Advance COD, you confirm that you are placing a genuine order and agree to accept the shipment at the delivery address provided.

Cancellation, refusal and non-acceptance

If you cancel an Advance COD order after it has been confirmed, refuse the shipment, or fail to accept the shipment after dispatch, the 15% advance may be retained to cover order processing, packaging, payment and logistics costs. This does not limit any refund or other rights that apply under applicable law or where The Play Pilot cancels the order, the product is unavailable, or a refund is otherwise due under our policies.

Order verification

To reduce fraudulent, duplicate or high-risk orders, we may verify Advance COD orders using the contact details provided at checkout. Orders that cannot be reasonably verified may be cancelled before dispatch.

Delivery

Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number and accept the parcel when it arrives. The remaining 85% is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
