Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
By using The Play Pilot website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Product specifications may vary where stated by the manufacturer or packaging. Please review the product page before ordering.
Orders
An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may contact you to verify order details. If the delivery address or phone number appears incorrect, we may hold dispatch until confirmation is received.
Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is processed through the available online payment gateway. Advance COD, where offered, requires 15% payment at checkout and the remaining 85% payable at delivery. Advance COD may be subject to order verification and courier risk controls.
Advance COD cancellation and non-acceptance
If an Advance COD order is cancelled after confirmation, refused, or not accepted after dispatch, the 15% advance may be retained to cover order processing and logistics costs. This does not limit any refund or other rights that apply under applicable law or where a refund is otherwise due under our policies.
Shipping
Shipping is free across India, subject to courier serviceability. Estimated delivery is 1–3 days in Bangalore and 3–7 days in other cities, subject to courier and operational conditions.
Replacement
We do not offer general returns. Replacement is available only where the Replacement Policy conditions are met. RC products come with no warranty or guarantee unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.
Returned parcels
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and accept Advance COD parcels when delivered. If a dispatched parcel is returned to us after refusal or non-acceptance, the 15% advance may be retained in accordance with our Advance COD Policy, subject to applicable law and any refund otherwise due.
