FAQs

Do you ship across India?

Yes. The Play Pilot ships across India, subject to courier serviceability. Shipping is free.

How long does delivery take?

Bangalore: 1–3 days. Other cities: 3–7 days. These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and courier network.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are dispatched immediately. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched and tracking information is added, you can track it from the order status page and through the shipping notification sent to you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We offer Advance COD on eligible orders and delivery locations. You pay 15% at checkout and the remaining 85% at delivery. Advance COD orders may be verified before dispatch, and eligibility can be restricted for orders that present a high delivery or RTO risk.

Is the 15% Advance COD payment refundable?

If you cancel an Advance COD order after confirmation, refuse the shipment, or fail to accept it after dispatch, the 15% advance may be retained to cover order processing and logistics costs. If The Play Pilot cancels the order, the product is unavailable, or a refund is otherwise due under our policies or applicable law, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Can I return a product?

No. We do not offer general returns. Replacement is available only when the conditions in our Replacement Policy are met.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Please contact us as soon as possible and follow the requirements in our Replacement Policy. A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damage-in-transit or product-condition claims.

Do RC products have a warranty?

RC products sold by The Play Pilot come with no warranty or guarantee unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
