Shipping

We ship across India with our delivery partners. Shipping is free.

Estimated delivery

• Bangalore: 1–3 days
• Other cities: 3–7 days

Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary due to destination, courier network, weather, operational delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Dispatch schedule

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are dispatched immediately. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

Address and contact details

Please enter your delivery address and phone number carefully. If an address or phone number appears incorrect, we may hold dispatch until we receive confirmation.

Advance COD

Where Advance COD is offered, 15% is paid at checkout and 85% is payable at delivery. Please ensure that you are available to receive the parcel. If an Advance COD parcel is refused or not accepted after dispatch, the 15% advance may be retained in accordance with our Advance COD and Refund Policies, subject to applicable law.

Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information is added to the shipment and shared through the order/shipping notification. You can also use our Track Your Order page for guidance.

Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us after dispatch, any applicable shipping costs and damage-related costs may be deducted from the amount paid. For Advance COD orders, the advance may be retained where the return resulted from customer cancellation, refusal or non-acceptance, subject to applicable law and any refund otherwise due.

Replacement

We do not offer general returns. Replacement is available only in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
