Track Your Order

Track your Play Pilot order.

Once your order is dispatched, we add the shipment tracking information and send you the tracking link through your order/shipping notification.

How tracking works

1. Place your order and keep your order number handy.
2. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number/AWB is added to the shipment.
3. Use the tracking link in your shipping notification or order status page to see the latest delivery updates.

Tracking not available yet?

Tracking becomes available after the shipment has been dispatched and the carrier tracking number has been added. If you have only just placed your order, please allow time for processing and dispatch.
